Agile

An iterative approach to building products in short cycles, releasing small increments often and adjusting based on feedback rather than following one fixed long-term plan.

Why it matters

For designers it means the design is never finished, only released: small increments ship, feedback arrives, the next cycle adjusts. The risk runs the other way — sprints can shred design’s need for a coherent whole into ticket-sized fragments.
