Low-Fidelity

A design that has a lower amount of complexity and is less refined or polished; called “lo-fi” for short

Why it matters

Lo-fi is a permission slip: rough enough that nobody feels bad tearing it apart, cheap enough that you do not defend it. The polish ceiling is the point — protect it, or every review becomes a colour debate.
