High-Fidelity

A design that closely matches the look and feel of the final product and is more refined or polished; called “hi-fi” for short

Why it matters

Hi-fi is where the last honest feedback happens: stakeholders finally see “the real thing” and react to it. Spend it late — polishing an unvalidated structure is the most expensive way to discover it is wrong.
